The Board of Directors hereby advises that the Annual General Meeting (AGM), previously scheduled for 3 December 2025, at 6pm, has been cancelled.
During a final compliance review, the Board identified a technical defect in the AGM notice. To ensure full adherence to the Companies Act and the company’s governance requirements, the Board sought independent legal advice. Based on this advice, it was confirmed that the defect renders the notice invalid, and accordingly, the AGM must be cancelled.
In place of the AGM, an Information Session will be held at the same time and venue as originally scheduled. We look forward to engaging with members and providing further updates and information regarding the organisation’s activities, projects, and strategic focus areas. A revised AGM notice will be issued once all statutory and procedural requirements have been fully satisfied.
