Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2025
The Pinelands Community Improvement District NPC (PLCID) will be hosting an AGM. All stakeholders are invited to a review of the past financial year’s activities and planning.

Venue: Pinelands Club, Lonsdale Way, Pinelands
Resolutions presented at the meeting can only be voted on by bona fide members of the PLCID. This membership is available free of charge to all owners of property within the PLCID footprint who are liable for the additional rate (additional rate payers). Members who submitted applications before 16 January 2026 and who have not been disqualified from voting, will be entitled to vote.
